Sheikh Bandar Balila was born in Hijry, in Mecca, Saudi Arabia, in which he grew up and received his education until he obtained his college degree.
Because Talent alone is never enough, as it needs to be polished and developed, Sheikh Bandar Abdul Aziz decided to devote many years of his college studies to study in depth the Islamic Shari’a, as he joined “Oum Al Qura” University, in which he obtained his masters’ degree in “Al Fiqh” from the University of Shari’a and Islamic studies in Hijry.
After obtaining his masters’ grad, Sheikh Bandar Balila hunger to study made him join the Islamic University in Medina, and he was able to get a doctorate degree in “Al Fiqh” from Al Shari’a University in Hijr.

Bandar Baleela (born ) is a Saudi Islamic scholar, Qur'an reciter, member of the Council of Senior Scholars, and the imam and preacher of Masjid al-Haram.[1][2][3][4]

Career
Baleela worked as an associate teacher of Fiqh at the Academic Institute of the Masjid al-Haram in Mecca. He has authored several books and research papers related to this field. He has also worked as an assistant teacher in Al Taif University.[1][8]
He was appointed to lead the Tarawih prayers during Ramadan nights at the Masjid al-Haram in Subsequently, in , upon royal decree, he began delivering Friday sermons at the same location.[7]

Bandar Bin Abdoul Azeez Baleela (en arabe: بندر بن عبد العزيز بليله), né à La Mecque en ( du calendrier hégirien), est un imam de la Masjid Al-Haram, la Grande Mosquée de La Mecque, lieu le plus sacré pour les musulmans.
Il est diplômé de l'université Umm Al-Qura de La Mecque ainsi que de l'université de Médine. Il obtient en un diplôme de la jurisprudence islamique de la faculté charia et étude islamique de l'université UmAl Qura. En , Sheikh Baleela est diplômé de son doctorat à l'université de Médine.
Après avoir officié la prière dans plusieurs mosquées de La Mecque, il est nommé imam de la grande Mosquée de La Mecque[1] en Il y dirige pour la première fois la prière le 15e Ramadan (23 juillet ) lors du Tarâweeh (prière nocturne du Ramadan).
Son fils, Sheikh Abdul Aziz Baleela, est aussi un imam et récitateur reconnu; notamment par la similitude de récitation avec son père.
