One in this comedy series about a publishing company employee named Martin Tupper whose thoughts become animated through black-and-white clips of old television shows. In this episode, Irwin Bader drops by Martin's apartment to inform him that he is going to give his apartment to someone else unless Martin comes up with a $40,000 down payment within the next forty-five days. Now Martin needs to figure out a strategy for quickly obtaining the money, especially after the bank rejects his loan application. Even Toby offers him some bucks, but Martin turns her down. One day, Martin asks hack writer Vernon why his financial situation is so good. Vernon explains that his "money job" of writing porno films has made him tons of loot. Thus, Martin tries to write his own "adult" scripts. Eventually, he brings his spec script to porn producer Manny, who is blown away.
