Biography
Oluyemi Oluleke Osinbajo, SAN, GCON, is the Immediate Past Vice President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Born on the 8th of March , at Creek Hospital, Lagos, Yemi is a professor of Law and a Senior Advocate of Nigeria. He is married to Oludolapo Osinbajo (nee Soyode), granddaughter of the late sage and statesman, Chief Obafemi Awolowo. They are blessed with three children, a grandson and a granddaughter.
Yemi’s early years in primary school were spent at Corona School Lagos. Between , he attended Igbobi College, Yaba where he was the winner of the State Merit Award (); the School Prize for English Oratory (); Adeoba Prize for English Oratory (); Elias Prize for Best Performance in History (WASC, ); School Prize for Literature (HSC, ); and African Statesman Intercollegiate Best Speaker’s Prize ().

Yemi Osinbajo was born on March 8, , in Creek Hospital, Lagos, into the family of Opeoluwa Osinbajo. Osinbajo is married to Dolapo (née Soyode) Osinbajo, Obafemi Awolowos granddaughter. They have three children: Damilola and Kanyinsola, two daughters, and Fiyinfoluwa Osinbajo, a son.
